The document below is the official "Road Map" plan, which includes:
1. Official recognition of a Palestinian (P.L.O.) state.
2. East Jerusalem as the capital of the Palestinian state.
3. All lands reclaimed in 1967 (Occupied Territory) to be returned.
4. UN resolutions 242/338/1397 to be discharged.
5. The Quartet to facilitate the implementation and monitoring of the plan.
6. Israel to sign a peace treaty with a family of terrorist organizations represented by the P.L.O., and two terrorist states (Syria and Lebanon).
7. Israel to freeze all settlement activities, evict all Jews living in the areas termed the “Occupied Territories”
8. Israel not to demolish any homes (even those of suspected terrorists).
9. The P.L.O. to be allowed to return to East Jerusalem, and establish government institutions.
10. The return of Palestinian refugees.
11. A Quartet- hosted world conference.
